THIS SATURDAY, March 3rd – WMUC Record Swap in the Stamp Student Union!Saturday, March 3rd – From 10 am to 4 pm in the Atrium of the Stamp Student Union, on campus here at the University of Maryland, over a dozen of the area’s best record dealers will have thousands of items to offer. LPs, 45s, albums, singles, CDs (yes, a few), every genre from disco to death metal… oldies, blues, psych, garage, funk, soul, hip-hop, r&b… you name it! Free admission! Just a few of our confirmed dealers: Smash Records THE legendary shop, a DC punk institution, with a little bit of everything! Yesterday & Today Records – former ‘MUCer Skip Groff’s famous selection of 45s and more – anything and everything! Som Records – located in DC; rock, soul, funk, disco, r&b, and then som! Get Hip! – Garage, indie, punk, rock, blues, etc. …and more! 30 tables! I’ve just got word that some people are coming down from NYC for this event. So what’s your excuse?
