WMUC DJing During Maryland Day FestivitiesThis Saturday, April 28, WMUC DJs will be playing music on Hornbake Plaza during this year’s Maryland Day. It’s going to be the biggest Maryland Day yet, commemorating the 150th anniversary of the founding of the university. We’re going to be across the plaza from the center of Maryland Day festivities, the World’s Largest Strawberry Shortcake, playing the hits and giving out fabulous prizes from 10 AM to 4 PM. It's Time For the Perkolator!On the 22nd of April (THIS SATURDAY!!!), WMUC hosts The Perkolator. 9pm-2am DANCE PARTY at The College Perk. $4 at the door includes a free cup of coffee for that last minute booty shaking. WMUC DJs Rohan, Anna Scho and Erik Westlund and Matt Lilianfeld will be spinning all night. College Perk is located at 9078 Baltimore Avenue and is easily accessible from campus by taking the Blue Line to the University View and walking North on Rte. 1. Parking is also available.
