We’ll be discussing the meaning behind his lyrics, his favorite parodies of his songs, the Creative Commons License and its implications for the future of music licensing, and a bunch of other stuff.

Returning DJ application

The new DJ application will be up on the website soon. This is due on or before August 25, to the email address wmucschedule at gmail.

As a student organization, WMUC must give precedence to current students of the University of Maryland.

Join Dominick of Electric Candle Radio and Dave of Dave’s Record Collection for the annual celebration of the Woodstock Music & Art Fair. This annual special broadcast will celebrate the 38th anniversary of this historic festival which occurred on August 15, 16 and 17, 1969. Dominick and Dave will host a total of four broadcasts on July 28, August 11, August 25 and September 1, 2007 of 6 hours each, beginning at 3:00PM till 9:00 PM Eastern Time. The broadcasts will feature the artists that performed at the Woodstock Music & Art Fair, in the order of their appearance and the music performed by the artist. If you miss any of the broadcasts you may download it from the “Show Archive” page.
